1. Transfer teknologi dari vendor terkait dengan aplikasi keuangan terintegrasi yang mulai diterapkan di lingkungan Perusahaan.

Sepanjang tahun 2014, CIT telah melakukan serangkaian kegiatan di bidang teknologi informasi, baik berupa pengembangan aplikasi, pelayanan, serta edukasi di lingkungan Perusahaan. Beberapa program dimaksud, di antaranya:
1. Peremajaan server dengan kapasitas yang lebih
besar untuk mendukung workload operasional
yang kian meningkat.
2. Mengintegrasikan penggunaan email dalam satu domain, yaitu bakrieland.com yang berlaku bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan di Induk Perusahaan dan Unit Usaha. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan:
a. Sebagai bentuk dukungan teknologi informasi
terhadap realisasi corporate identity.
b. Meningkatkan pengamanan data Perusahaan dalam lalu lintas komunikasi elektronik,
sehingga data yang terdistribusi melalui email

Throughout 2014, CIT conducted a series of activities in the fields of information technology, which were in the form of applications development, services, as well as education. The activities included:

8. Became the mediator between information technology vendors with users (the departments) related to technical problems.
9. Replaced the anti-virus program used by the Company. The new anti-virus supports more operating systems, including the ability to overcome local viruses.
10. Provided education to Bakrieland employees regarding information technology developments with the aim to prevent potential hackers from disrupting the data center and the Company’s information technology communication system. 11. Formulated and defined the Company’s policy
governing the use of IT assets within the Company.
12. Provided support services for end users to solve any problems or upon request of the information technology based services. This service is automated through a help-desk application.
