8. SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA

S

alah satu faktor utama yang menentukan kesuksesan dari suatu perusahaan adalah tingkat kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Secanggih dan semutakhir apapun teknologi yang digunakan, namun jika tidak didukung dengan SDM yang berkualitas maka tidak akan mencapai hasil yang optimal. Dengan SDM yang berkualitas dan dukungan teknologi yang memadai, maka akan dicapai tujuan utama perusahaan.

Terkait hal tersebut, Perseroan selalu berupaya melakukan pengelolaan dan manajemen SDM dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis. Dalam setiap perekrutan dan pengembangan SDM senantiasa disesuaikan dengan strategi pengembangan Perseroan. Pengembangan melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas SDM sesuai bidangnya masing-masing.

Untuk kepentingan tersebut, maka Perseroan dari tahun ke tahun senantiasa menyusun rencana/ program pendidikan, baik melalui seminar, lokakarya, sosialisasi ketentuan oleh otoritas perbankan, dan sertiikasi dan pelatihan manajemen risiko. Upaya lain yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SDM yang berkualitas adalah dengan melakukan rekrutmen tenaga-tenaga yang sudah berpengalaman di bidang perbankan.

Jumlah dan Tingkat Pendidikan

Jumlah SDM yang dimiliki Perseroan pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 217 orang, mengalami peningkatan dibanding tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 198 orang. Adapun komposisi dan jumlah karyawan berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan dan usia adalah sebagai berikut:

ne of the main factor that determine a

success from a corporate is the quality of human resources. Even for a high-tech company will actually remain helpless if not supported with high quality human resources then it will never reach it optimize result. With high quality human resourcea and proper technology, then it can achieve corporate main destination.

Related to that, the Company always copes to do a good human resources management and based on bussines needs. Every recruite and human resources development always based on corporate development strategy. Development through enhancing knowledge is to increasing produtivity and quality of human resources according to each ields.

For that interest, then the Company always arrange education plan or program year to year, through seminar, regulation socializations by bank authority, and risk management sertiication and training. Another effort to do to fulill high quality human resources need is by recruiting competent candidates.

The Company’s employee per 2016 as much as 217 people, this is increasing compare to year 2105 that only 198 people. The composition and amount of employee based on education level and age is:
