Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012, tanah yang belum dikembangkan terdiri dari antara lain: (1) tanah seluas 12.907,00 ha, yang terletak di Kecamatan Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor. Nilai
perolehan tanah tersebut adalah sebesar
Rp 3,09 triliun pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012.
As of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, land bank consists of, among others:
(1) a lot of land of 12,907.00 ha, are located in Jonggol, Bogor, respectively. Cost of land bank above is amounted to Rp 3.09 trillion as of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012.
(2) tanah masing-masing seluas 0,83 ha dan 3,21 ha yang terletak di daerah Karet Kuningan, kotamadya
Jakarta Selatan, Kecamatan Setiabudi. Nilai
perolehan tanah tersebut masing-masing adalah sebesar Rp 341,15 dan Rp 620,51 miliar pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012.
(2) a lot of land of 0,83 ha and 3.21 ha are located in
Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta,
respectively. Cost of land bank above is amounted to Rp 341.15 and Rp 620.51 billion as of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, respectively.
(3) tanah seluas 776,11 ha pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012, yang terletak di Desa Sukaharja, Sukamantri dan Desa Tajurhalang. Nilai perolehan tanah tersebut masing-masing adalah sebesar Rp 1,20 dan Rp 1,26 triliun pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012. Tanah ini dijadikan jaminan utang bank jangka pendek dan jangka panjang yang diperoleh dari PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk., PT Bank Bukopin Tbk.,
PT Bank Bukopin Syariah dan PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk. (lihat Catatan 20 dan 27).
(3) a lot of land of 776.11 ha are located as of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, in Sukaharja, Sukamantri and Tajurhalang village. Cost of land bank above is amounted to Rp 1.20 trillion and Rp 1.26 trillion, as of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, respectively. This land are pledged as collateral for short term and long-term bank loans obtained from PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk., PT Bank Bukopin Tbk., PT Bank Bukopin Syariah and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk. (see Notes 20 and 27).
(4) tanah seluas 99,8 ha masing-masing pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012, yang terletak di Desa Merak Belantung dan Desa Persiapan Gunung Terang Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Nilai perolehan tanah tersebut adalah sebesar Rp 115,12 dan Rp 115,15 miliar masing-masing pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012.
(4) a lot of land of 99.8 ha as of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, are located in Desa Merak Belantung dan Desa Persiapan Gunung Terang Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
Cost of land bank above is amounted to Rp 115.12
and Rp 115.15 billion, as of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, respectively.

Berdasarkan Ikatan Jual Beli yang telah diaktakan oleh Akta Notaris P. Sutrisno A. Tampubolon No. 15 tanggal 18 Maret 2013, PT Bakrie Pangripta Loka (BPLK), Entitas Anak, menjual 20 bidang tanah seluas 2.085,14 m2 yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Karet, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan kepada PT Sinar Mas Teladan dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 75,75 miliar.
Based on Sale and Purchase Agreement which was notarized with Notarial Deed No. 15 of P. Sutrisno A. Tampubolon, dated March 18, 2013, PT Bakrie Pangripta Loka (BPLK), a Subsidiary, sold 20 parcels of land covering 2,085.14 sqm located in Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta to PT Sinar Mas Teladan with selling price amounted to Rp 75.75 billion.
Pada tanggal 18 Maret 2013, PT Superwish Perkasa (SP), Entitas Anak, menjual tanah Lot seluas 23.829 m2 yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Karet, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan kepada PT Sinar Mas Teladan dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 747,63 miliar. Hasil penjualan digunakan oleh BSU untuk Akuisisi MMS kepada Minarak Labuan Co (L) Ltd., pihak berelasi (lihat Catatan 12).
On March 18, 2013, PT Superwish Perkasa (SP), a Subsidiary, sold lot of land covering 23,829 sqm located in Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta to PT Sinar Mas Teladan with selling price amounted to Rp 747.63 billion. The proceed is used by BSU to pay its acquisition of MMS to Minarak Labuan Co (L) Ltd., a related party (see Note 12).
Bunga pinjaman PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Entitas Anak, yang dikapitalisasi ke dalam tanah yang belum dikembangkan sebesar Rp 5,28 miliar dan Rp 30,20 miliar, untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013 dan 31 Desember 2012.
Capitalization of borrowing cost PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Subsidiary, to land bank is amounted to Rp 5.28 billion and Rp 30.20 billion, for the periods ended March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012.
Penambahan tanah yang belum dikembangkan selama 2012 termasuk selisih lebih harga perolehan terhadap nilai wajar sebesar Rp 69,39 miliar atas akuisisi PT Bukit Jonggol Asri.
Addition of land bank during 2012 including the excess of acquisition cost over the fair value amounted to Rp 69.39 billion for the acquisition of PT Bukit Jonggol Asri.

Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013, properti investasi Grup terdiri dari bangunan dan prasarana Wisma Bakrie dan 1.279,32 m2 Rasuna Office Park, 762,5 m2 bangunan serta prasarana Orchard Archade, 17.946 m2 bangunan serta prasarana Bakrie Tower dan 7.882,3 m2 bangunan serta prasarana Lifestyle and Entertainment Centre yang disewakan kepada pihak ketiga berdasarkan perjanjian sewa, 86,64 m2 retail area apartemen Tower 18 dan
2.091,89 m2 Taman Rasuna Apartemen. Properti
investasi dalam penyelesaian berupa Media Walk
sebesar Rp 392,26 miliar. Sementara itu pada tanggal 31 Desember 2012, properti investasi Grup terdiri dari

Entitas Anak melakukan perubahan rencana
manajemen atas pengelolaan Orchard Archade
sehingga biaya perolehan dan akumulasi penyusutan sebesar Rp 14,65 miliar dan Rp 1,89 miliar direklasifikasi ke aset tetap dari properti investasi.
In 2012, PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, a Subsidiary changed its plan for the management of Orchard Archade, therefore the acquisition cost and accumulated depreciation amounted to Rp 14.65 billion and Rp 1.89 billion, respectively, were reclassified from investments properties to fixed assets.
