This water comes from other billabongs, rivers and the sea. It is a sunny day and the water is being made hot.

The sun starts to make steam on top of the water. You can't see this steam when it goes up in the sky but it makes big rain clouds.

This story is about

evaporation - when the sun makes steam from the water.

Now we see how all these things happen so that we get water in our rivers and billabongs and we can drink clean water and wash in it.
