ABSTRACT
The Objective of this study is to observe the relationship between leadership style with
the job satisfaction.
In
this study, the randomized sample was being used with
SO
respondents as a sample study. To prove that there is any relationship between the two a
statistic study was being done using the regression coeficient, Corelation and Varians
Analysis. The data
was
obtained through questionaire. According to the analysis of data
obtained, there is a significant relationship between leadership style with the job
satisfaction. Significant study was done also on the demographic variable with each of
the above variables. It was found that among sex, education, there are difference on the
leadership style,but sex, education, and
age
are not significant on the relation to job
sitisfaction. So it is concluded that relationship of each variables are significant, and
there is a relationship between leadership style and the job satisfaction
