THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Considering:
that within the framework of national economic efficiency to enhance the
competitiveness of domestic products on the international market, it is deemed
necessary to reduce import duty rates on selected import products.

for reduction of import duty tariffs;

The Decree of the Minister of Finance No.440/KMKO5/1996 on the system of
classification of goods and the tariffs on import goods as already amended and
supplemented, the latest by the Decree of the Minister of Finance
No.603/KMK.01 /1 997.
DECIDES:
To stipulate:
Article 1
To reduce the import duty rates on selected import products so that become as
contained in the attachment to this decree.
Article 2.
This decree shall come into force as from March 1, 1998.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State
Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
