I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your Excellency' s note of today' s date, which reads as follows :

" I have the honour to confirm that the delegations of both countries will be in the future headed at a ministerial level.

T have further the honour to propose that this note is confirming the new arrangements and shall regarded as constituting an agreement between the two governments.

Accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration".

I have further the honour to confirm on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia the foregoing arrangement and to agree that your Excellency's note and this note shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments which shall enter into force on the date of this reply.
