Abstract
The problem in this research is the use of conventional learning method make low students’ motivation. This research aimed to find out the effect of applying the CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) model assisted Schoology in increasing the motivation of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) students’ of class IX-A. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The results using conventional methods showed 25%, while the use of CTL model assisted Schoology showed 84.36%. This proves that applying of CTL model assisted Schoology affect the increase in students’ motivation.

Abstrak
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode pembelajaran secara konvensional membuat motivasi belajar siswa rendah. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) berbantuan
Schoology dalam peningkatan motivasi pembelajaran TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi) siswa kelas IX-A. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode konvensional menunjukkan 25%, sedangkan penggunaan model CTL berbantuan Schoology menunjukkan 84,36%. Hal ini membuktikan penerapan model CTL berbantuan Schoology berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa.
