NURHADI SATRIO: Effect of Ascorbic Acid to Reduce Dry Sadap Partial Flow (CASH) Rubber Plant In The clones PB 260 and IRR of 42, guided by ROSMAYATI and E. HARSO KARDINATA.
This study aims to determine the effect of ascorbic acid in reducing partial tapping grooves dry rubber plant in clones PB 260 and IRR 42. The research was conducted at the Experimental Farm, Laboratory of Physiological Research Institute of the White River, Rubber Research Center, Galang, Deli Serdang, North Sumatera, May 2015- October 2015, using a split plot design with two factors, namely the main plot treatments rubber clones (PB 260 and IRR 42), a subplot administration of ascorbic acid (0 ppm, 150 ppm, 300 ppm, 450 ppm). Observations observed variables are the levels of sucrose, inorganic phosphate, thiol, SOD, latex productivity and clogging index.
The results showed that the difference clones PB 260 and IRR 42 rubber plants significantly different with the production of latex. Ascorbic acid administration was not significantly different to the observation variables thiol, sukosa, inorganic phosphate. Interaction three significantly different with production of observation variables.

NURHADI SATRIO: Pengaruh Aama Askorbat Untuk Mengurangi Kering Alur Sadap Parsial (KAS) Tanaman Karet Pada Klon PB 260 dan IRR 42, dibimbing oleh ROSMAYATI dan E. HARSO KARDINATA .
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asam askorbat dalam mengurangi kering alur sadap parsial tanaman karet pada klon PB 260 dan IRR 42. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan, Laboratorium Fisiologis Balai Penelitian Sungai Putih, Pusat Penelitian Karet, Galang, Deli Serdang-Sumatera Utara, pada Mei 2015- Oktober 2015, menggunakan rancangan petak terpisah dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu petak utama klon tanaman karet (PB 260 dan IRR 42), anak petak pemberian asam askorbat (0 ppm, 150 ppm, 300 ppm, 450 ppm). Peubah amatan yang diamati adalah kadar sukrosa, fosfat anorganik, thiol, SOD, produktivitas lateks dan indeks penyumbatan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan klon PB260 dan IRR 42 tanaman karet berbeda nyata terhadap produksi pada lateks. Pemberian asam askorbat tidak berbeda nyata terhadap peubah amatan thiol, sukosa, fosfat anorganik. Interaksi ketiganya berbeda nyata terhadap peubah amatan produksi.
