Hubungan Universal-Diverse Orientation dengan Psychological Capital

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara universal-diverse orientation (UDO) dan psychological capital (PsyCap). Subjek penelitian ialah mahasiswa yang masih berstatus aktif kuliah. Jenis penelitian ini ialah korelasional dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala UDO dan skala PsyCap. Hasil analisis statistik terhadap data penelitian menemukan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Kegiatan dan kelompok masyarakat yang mampu meningkatkan penerimaan keberagaman dan kesamaan dalam lingkup sosial perlu dibentuk agar memberi kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan diri individu.

ABSTRACT
This research was purposed to find out the correlation between universal-diverse orientation (UDO) and psychological capital (PsyCap). The subjects of this research were college students. The type of this research is correlational research and using quantitative method. Research data were collected by using UDO and PsyCap scales. The result of statistical analysis of research data showed that both variables have a significant relationship. Activities and communities that were able to increase the acceptance of diversity and equality in the social sphere should be formed and developed in order to give positive impact to the development of the individual.
