PENGARUH SISTEM PENGEMBANGAN KARIR, KONFLIK PERAN GANDA, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP INTENTION TO LEAVE
KARYAWAN WANITA PT GARUDA INDONESIA, TBK MEDAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengembangan karir, konflik peran ganda, dan kompensasi terhadap Intention to leave karyawan wanita pada PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang karyawan wanita pada PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling
atau metode sampling jenuh yang terdiri dari 30 orang karyawan wanita PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk Medan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik. Dan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, daftar pertanyan, dan studi dokumentasi.
Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sistem pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave, Konflik Peran Ganda berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intention to leave
karyawan wanita pada PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk Medan

ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM, DUAL ROLE CONFLICT, AND COMPENSATION ON INTENTION TO LEAVE OF FEMALE EMPLOYEE AT PT GARUDA INDONESIA, TBK MEDAN
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of career development system, dual role conflict, and compensation on intention to leave of female employee at PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk Medan. The populations of this research were 30 female employees of PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk Medan. This research was using Boring Sampling Method to determine the sample. Data analysis techniques were using descriptive analysis technique and statistic analysis technique. Interviewing, questionnaire, and documentation studying were used as data collection technique of this research.
The result of this research showed that career development system had negative and significant effect on intention to leave, dual role conflict had positive and significant effect on intention to leave, and compensation had negative and insignificant effect on intention to leave of PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk Medan female employee.
