2. GOAL :
Setelah mengikuti perkuliahan Nutrition in Emergency, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menjelaskan jenis-jenis nutrition in emergencies dan masalah gizi/kesehatan pada kondisi emergencies, melakukan pengkajian status gizi, mendesain feeding program serta mendesain produk formulasi makanan untuk kondisi emergency
3. OBJECTIVES:
Setelah mengukuti perkuliahan ini, mahasiswa mampu: 1) Menjelaskan gambaran umum nutrition in emergency
2) Menjelaskan gambaran umum masalah gizi dan kesehatan pada emergency 3) Menjelaskan dan melakukan metode nutritional assessment dalam emergency
4) Menjelaskan dan menyusun proposal screening/survey nutritional assessment dalam emergency
5) Menjelaskan dan menentukan kebutuhan makanan dan gizi dalam emergency 6) Menjelaskan dan mendesain feeding program dalam emergency
7) Menjelaskan manajemen pelayanan makanan massal pada emergency
