REPORT OF THE COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON COMMUNICATION AND CONVENTIONS TO THE MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES. This book is a compilation of Kiwanis history written by Associate Secretary Emeritus L.A. The review will also be researched and written by Larry Hapgood with staff support - in part on a freelance fee basis. The Committee considered a staff report on the editorial content of the European edition of the Bulletin for Kiwanis Officers (BKO).
The committee believes that a meeting in May 1988 would be desirable in connection with the meeting of the Board of Trustees, if feasible. Exhibit B of the Report of the Management Committee on Communications and Conventions, “Proposed Quotas for the 1989 Orlando Convention.” REPORT OF THE GOVERNING COMMITTEE ON POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND STRUCTURES TO THE MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF TRUSTEES.
A request that widows of Kiwanis International Past Presidents (who are not widows of Kiwanis International Past Presidents) be invited to the October Council Meeting was not approved. 34;emergencies'' are difficult to define, but such definitions are the responsibility of the Board of Administration. The committee recommends that an amendment to the International Bylaws be proposed by the Board of Trustees to the Seattle Convention to amend Article V, Section 2 of the Kiwanis Bylaws.
