This research was conducted in 2009 under PKPP Research with title
“Radiofarmaka 99mTc-Metoksi Isobutil Isonitril (99mTc-MIBI) Sebagai Sediaan Uji Tapis Penyakit Jantung Koroner Pada Penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II”. KEPPHP BATAN was established since 2011 (KEPALA BADAN TENAGA NUKLIR NASIONAL NOMOR:
195/KA/XI/2011 TENTANG PEDOMAN ETIK PENGGUNAAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN HEWAN PERCOBAAN BADAN TENAGA NUKLIR NASIONAL).
So, this reseach has been done before KEPPHP was established.

This sentence shall be corrected. It is not enough to define radiopharmaceutical as only a diagnostic kit, because a radiopharmaceutical can also be a therapeutic agent. It depends on the kind of the radionuclide used as labeling agent.

The stabilization of the liquid kit shall be studied on several samplings of liquid kit batch(es) which are labeled in different day respectively.

Formulation 2 were tested stability by storage kit in
the freezer. At a certain time period MIBI liquid kit were labeled with technetium-99m.
Here it is. This is the stability test of the liquid kit stored in freezer. Pleased compare the structure of this sentence to that of the sentence in line 91 – 97.But you still should revise the sentence of line 111 – 114 (were tested stability by storage kit in the freezer or were stability tested based on the storage system??)

When heating process, coper-MIBI complex is broken and releasing MIBI ligand with an isonitrile group that forms a complex with

Please explain clearly the sentence stating that

1 The main issues of this article: Animal model was used during the experiment without ethical clearance, since the research was conducted in 2009 before ethics commission (KEPPHP BATAN) was established in 2011. Publication without ethical clearance might be a big issue and could impact to the journal reputation. Deep consideration related to the impact should be taken.
We consider the lack of this research without ethical approval. But, this ethics cannot proposed with retrospective research.
In our laboratory, all of activities always controlled under standard laboratory conditions and was performed according to guidelines on animal experimentation.
After KEPPHP BATAN was established, our laboratory always submit ethical approval to KEPPHP if the research using animal model. As attached bellow.
