Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh locus of control dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. bank banten cabang serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel populasi responden umtuk menentukan jumlah responden maka penulis menggunakan rumus Slovin dari populasi sebanyak 64 dan dilakukan perhitungan maka sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. bank banten cabang serang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif melalui riset kepustakaan dan riset lapangan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partal Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan tools SmartPLS 3.0.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa evaluasi model pengukuran telah valid dan reliabel berdasarkan hasil pengujian data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai dari Avarage Variant Extracted (AVE) masing-masing variabel > 0,5 dimana menunjukkan Discriminat Validity yang baik dan nilai Composite Reliability >0,70 sehingga dapat dikatakan nilai reabilitas tinggi. Diperoleh nilai R-Square sebesar 0,862, berarti variabel Y dipengaruhi sebesar 86,2% oleh variabel X1 dan X2. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara locus of control dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dilihat dari nilai T-statistic sebesar 4.592 dengan P value < 0.000 untuk variabel X1 dan T-statistic sebesar 0.508 dengan P value < 0.000 untuk variabel X2 maka kedua hipotesis diterima.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effect of Locus of Control and Self Efficacy on employee performance, simultaneously on the performance of PT. Bank Banten Cabang Serang. This research design used the sampling technique of the population of Respondents in determined the number of respondents, the author uses the Slovin formula from the population of 64 and calculations, the sample used in this study amounted to 64 respondents who were employees of PT. Bank Banten Cabang Serang. The design of this study uses quantitative associative methods through literature research and field research.
The data analysis method used is Partal Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 Tools. Based on the results of the evaluation analysis of the measurement model have been valid and reliable based on the results of data testing. The results show that the value of Avarage variant extracted (AVE) each variable> 0.5 where indicates a good discriminate validity and composite reliability value> 0.70 so that it can be said to be high reliability value. The R-Square value was obtained by 0.862, meaning the Y variable was affected by 86.2% by variable X1 and X2. Thus it can be stated that there is a significant effect between the Locus of Control and Self efficacy on employee performance. Judging from the T-statistic value of 4.592 with P Value <0,000 for the X1 and T-statistic variables of 0.508 with P Value <0,000 for the X2 variable then the two hypotheses are accepted.
