Pronunciation scores of students in tenth grade in SMA Negeri 2 Metro in the academic year 2019/2020. This means that most of the students at SMA Negeri 2 Metro still have poor pronunciation skills.

Accentedness, a "normal consequence of second language learning" (Derwing & Munro, 2005), is a "listener's perception of how different a speaker's accent is from that of the community". In the English writing system, many of the graphemes (letters and letter groups) have more than one possible pronunciation. Sharp marks around a letter or letters - for example /o/, /s/ or /sh/ - indicate a sound - usually at the level of the phoneme - the smallest unit of sound that is identifiable in speech.

In education, especially in the field of teaching and learning, the media is used in the classroom as a tool to help the teacher and students to achieve the goal of the teaching and learning process. Before we discuss more about the website, I will first give a brief history of the website. Through the www.englishspeak.com learning website that I used as a medium to teach speaking to the students in this study, I expect that the use of the website will be appropriate for the improvement of students' speaking skills.

One of the categories of websites is the learning site which is specially designed to help their visitors in learning a particular topic. To simplify the uses, the writer uses only one level, which suits the needs of the students of the research objective. The role of the teacher can be replaced by the existence of the media, so the student in this case will no longer need a teacher.

RESEARCH METHOD

Subject of Research

This division was used as a pre-test before the students were given the action (media application of the teaching website www.englishspeak.com). The teacher explained to the students about the media material of the learning website www.englishspeak.com. Next, the researcher played the audio of www.englishspeak.com and then the students spoke in front of the class.

In this meeting, the researcher used post-test 1 after the students had given an action (Implementing www.englishspeak.com learning website media) in the second meeting. Based on the classroom action research objectives, the researcher gave post-test 1 to the students. In this segment, the researcher gave www.englishspeak.com learning website media to the students and gave English material more.

In this last meeting, most of the students could pronounce well because www.englishspeak.com in the learning media of the website given the positive effect on the students' pronunciation ability, especially English pronunciation ability. The researcher observed the students' activities during the English learning process using observational instructions. Based on the data of the graph above, most of the students' activities have had significant improvements from cycle I and cycle II.

Based on the research data explanation above, the researcher concluded that the students' activities achieved a significant improvement in cycle I and cycle II. The result of the students' pronunciation scores in the pre-test, post-test 1 and post-test 2 No Name Pre. It can be shown by examining from the data result of the students' scores in the pretest in cycle I.

Using www.englishspeak.com learning website media can improve the English pronunciation skills of the tenth grade students of SMA NEGERI 2 Metro in academic year 2019/2020.

Data Analysis Technique

Data analysis taken from the mean score of the pre-test and post-test in cycle 1 and cycle 2. In addition, to know the result, the writer had to compare the pre-test and post-test. If some students are not successful from cycle 1, we conduct classroom action research in two cycles.

So if in cycle 2 all the students are successful, it does not continue to other cycle. Then the result will correspond to the minimum standard in this school at least 79.

Indicator of Success

The first meeting was used for pre-testing, the second meeting was used to give the action (implementation of www.englishspeak.com learning website media) to the students and the third meeting was used for post-testing 1. The pre test was run for 45 minutes to measure how far the students' pronunciation skills were from the English subject. As the last meeting in Cycle I, the researcher used this segment to deliver a Post-Test 1 to the students.

After the tenth grade students were addressed and understood, the researcher gave a posttest 1 to measure their pronunciation ability after using the media of the website www.englishspeak.com. The researcher allocated the time and then the researcher allocated 45 minutes of time to the students based on the agreement with the teacher. From the observation sheet in cycle II, it was clear that all the students were pleasant and active during the monitoring of English learning in the classroom, and the students were able to pronounce well based on the topic.

Based on the data on the result of observing the learning process in II. cycle and after test 2, we can conclude that there was a significant improvement in the majority of students. Students can solve their pronunciation problem by using www.english speak.com media which improved from 11 students (34%) to 23 students (71%). Based on the results of this survey, it was found that 80% of the students achieved a minimum score of 79.

The students paid more attention when the teacher gave the assessment by giving the post-test 1 in cycle I. The students understood the way and the rule to follow the teacher's instruction based on the media rules www.englishspeak.com.

RESULT OF THE RESEARCH

In this meeting, the researcher provided the material related to the teaching media of the website www.englishspeak.com. After that, the researcher gave the pre-test to measure the pronunciation ability of the students before the researcher applied the online learning media www.englishspeak.com. In the second meeting, it was used as an application of the teaching media of the website www.englishspeak.com in cycle I.

The researcher gave the material and explanation to the students, but some students still had problems in learning English pronunciation. In order to know the effect of learning website www.englishspeak.com media used in the classroom, the researcher used an observation sheet in cycle I to know the activities of the students in the classroom during the process of learning English. In the second cycle, the researcher would be more interested in the media about the website www.englishspeak.com than before.

Then the researcher prepared the lesson plan, the material www.englishspeak.com, some of the tools they used in this media, made an observation sheet of the students' activity and tries to find some problems in cycle II and then the researcher tries to solve. problems in learning English together. Then, the students followed the audio www.englishspeak.com learning the appropriate with learning such as: fluency, grammatical accuracy and vocabulary to recognize the purpose of the pronunciation skill. This observation was a function to know that the media learning effect of the website www.englishspeak.com applied in the classroom was successful or not.

Discussion of The Research

Then the comparison of students' pronunciation skills can be improved in the English subject in cycle I and cycle II was improved from 15 students (46%) became 28 students (87%). The researcher got the data test result based on the students' learning of English pronunciation skill, such as the score of post-test 1 was better than the pre-test and the score of post-2 was better than post-test 1. The students' pronunciation skill was improved, it can be seen from the result of post -test I and post-test II, where the average of the students' scores in post-test 1 was 70.4 and the average of post-test 2 was 80.

Based on the above scheme, the researcher concluded that there was an improvement in the pronunciation skills of students in Cycle I and Cycle II. Related this research to cycle II, the result score and the student's activities result, the goal determined on the indicator of success was achieved. Related to the observational data in cycles I and II, the average score of the tenth grade students SMA NEGERI 2 Metro was good, it can be shown that the students were very active in the learning process of English.

The English teacher is recommended to motivate the students in learning English and the teacher should help improve their fluency and accuracy in learning English especially in English pronunciation. Students are prepared orally to state and ask about actions (conversation with dialogue in English), events that occur, regularly or as a general truth, taking into account the precise and contextual function of the social structure, textual and linguistic content. Through the information from www.englishspeak.com media and student associations can express and practice in front of the class for dialogue conversation in English well and correctly in the form of dialogue.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

Suggestion

The school principal is suggested to improve the learning environment and media based on the problems faced by his students. English teacher is recommended to use www.englishspeak.com teaching site media as an innovation in English teaching. With the guidance of the teacher, students can ask the researcher for the meaning in Indonesian language.

Most students scored below the minimum standard criteria standard, so the researcher repaired a plan in cycle I. Some of the students were bored when the teacher explained the material, but most students were happy with the learning process.
