本研究由治療師搭乘健腦巴士至新北市偏鄉社區進行為期十週、每週一次 2.5 小時的復能多元服務介入,有別於預防延緩失能的團體課程設計,透過個別 化的復能訓練及團體運動認知衛教課程之安排,能有效改善輕中度行動不便長者 之行動功能、認知功能、日常生活功能、身體功能等能力,並且提升長者認為最 重要的復能目標之操作能力及滿意度,增加日常生活的獨立性。
偏鄉社區長者參與團體運動認知衛教課程,能夠提升認知功能,改善行動功 能,並維持身體功能狀態,若針對輕中度行動不便之長者再給予個別化的復能訓 練,將在各項功能表現上具有更顯著的進步。綜合上述,提出以下五點建議:
(一)、鑒於本研究之成效,建議未來社區據點能與專業人員合作,安排個 別化的復能訓練,並規劃時間讓長者一起練習,給予彼此信心及鼓 勵,將能使長者的功能狀態進步。
(二)、由於本研究的收案數較少,且局限於新北市偏鄉社區,因此建議未 來研究能夠擴大收案地點,並以較高品質之隨機分配方式進行研 究。
(三)、建議未來研究可增加介入時間,使復能訓練內容能由基礎功能訓練 進階連結日常生活功能訓練,更完整地達到個案所設立的復能目 標。
(四)、建議未來研究使用加拿大職能表現量表評值復能滿意程度時,宜確 認個案了解題意。
(五)、未來研究可記錄受試者課程時間外的日常活動及運動量,以釐清訓 練之成效。
本研究為國內首次在偏鄉社區進行的「社區復能」成效研究。本研究發展結 合個別化復能訓練及團體運動認知衛教課程之多元介入模式,證實其可行性及對 提升社區長者功能能力之有效性,提供發展社區長期照顧及復能服務之實證。
