The study was carried out ot 05/07 forestry companies in tiie pmvince ^ereseardi data were colectedfmm the survey of 9 manageners, 90 forestry households by random selection in 2013. The main method applied In the research were statistical description, comparative and Ukert scale metiiods. Tfie research result ^ows that most of the companies were opemted under loss, remainning big debt amount; low management level due to low income, lackpromoSon opportunities and inappr^note evaluation standard^ Laborers were not satisfied with income, impart policies and management style. The mam solutions resulted from the research aie: (1) Im- proving awareness of managers on the importance of management (2) Ensuring the appmpriate payment for woriers (3) Bihance tiie guality of the tot assignment under the principle of'right people right worl(" (4) IncreoMg work responsibility and creating working inspiration (S) Establishing dear evaluation criteria (6) Applying good rewarding and incentive mechanism (7) Strengtiiening cooperation with firms within industry, input suppliers for further development (8) Creating a good relationship with bank system to facilitate the capital mobilization for the company.

2.2 Phuang phdp phdn tich

3.2.1 Cdn bd qudn ly
Sau khi chuyen doi thanh cdng ty lam nghiep tinh hinh can bd ed stf thay ddi cd v l sd Itfpng va cap qudn tri. Cdng ty Ngdi Lao ed stf thay ddi ldn, sd lUdng can bp CNVC giam khoang 50% (Trtfdc ddi mdi la 125 can bd, sau khi doi mdi sd Itfpng ehi cdn 67 cdn bd). 3.2.2 Cache qudn ly

Hidn nay sd lao ddng chua hdi Idng vdi mtfc ltfdng etfa Cdng ty cdn nhieu. Cac chat dieu hda sinh trtfdng lAA, NAA va vitamin Bl deu ed anh hudng den sU sinh trtfdng etfa lan con Dendrobium sp. trdng tren gia t h i re luc binh. Stf dyng ddn le, lAA va NAA d ndng dp thap, ttf 0,25 d i n 0,5 mg/llt theo thtfttf, cdhieu quaddi vdi stf sinh trtfdng etfa cay lan eon.
Vitamin Bl b i l u hien hieu qud kieh thieh sinh trtfdng ddi vdi lan khi d ndng dp 2,0 mg/lit. Trong sU phdi hpp gitfa auxin va vitamin B l , 1,0 mg/lft lAA va 2,0 mg/ift vitamin Bl ed kfeh thieh manh su sinh trudng cua eay ian con trong khi 0,5 mg/lit NAA va 1 mg/lit vitamin Bl kfch thfch manh sUra re mdi.Tdm lai, nghien ctfu da cho thay re luc binh cd t h i stf dyng nhtf mdt loai gid t h i trong canh tac hoa lan d giai doan cdycon.Vieedp dyng chat d i l u hoa sinh trtfdng auxin vd vitamin Bl cd hi^u qud kfch thfch stf sinh trudng ctfa cdy lan tren n i n gid the nayy.
