Antecedents and outcomes of customer participation in onUne shopping Abstract:
Customer participation in the process of service delivery is an emerging topic that attracts both service academics and practitioners. This paper investigates the relationships between customer participation with its determinants of expected benefits and its outcomes that include customer satisfaction, trust, perceived effort saving and intention to repurchase. A survey study with SEM analysis of 193 consumers in Vietnam online shopping shows 10 out of 18 hypotheses empirically supported. The findings reinforce that customer participation is positively related to their satisfaction through thefull mediation of their trust and perceived
effort saving.

3. Phuffng phap 3.1. Thiit ki mdu

4. Kit qua
4.1. Phdn tich nhdn td EFA
