The research aims to determine the factors affecting tourism destination competitiveness of Ho Chi Minh City. Through a survey of 347 tourists, this research uses SPSS version 20.0 to analyze data. The outcome reveals 6factors including: Tourism infrastructure; Destination environment;
Price competitiveness; Sightseeing resources; Human resource in tourism; Tourist satisfaction.
The influence level of these aforementioned factors on tourism destination competitiveness is also measured in this research. On that basis, some policy implications are provided to improve management capacity and enhance the tourism destination competitiveness of Ho Chi Minh City.
