Sau khi tian hanh d i l u tra 300 sinh vien nam thu 2 (Khoa 45) tai Trudng Dai hpc Y Dupe Thai Binh nam 2017, chiing tdi thu dupe k i t qud nhu sau: Ty le sinh vian Y da khoa nam thd 2 cda Trudng Dai hoc Y Duoc Thai Binh CO hian tupng r6i nhilu tam tri chilm 88,3%., trong do: nhom sinh vien cd r l i nhilu d mdc do trung binh chiem 44,1%; nhdm sinh vien eo rdi nhieu d mdc dp nhe chilm 31,0%; nhdm sinh vian co r l i nhieu d mdc dp nang chiem 24,9%.. Nhdm sinh vien cd hpc lye trung binh cd rli nhieu tam tri Id 35,0%i vd hpc luc khd c6 ty le r l i nhieu tdm tri Id 30,6%o. Sinh vien d tro ben ngodi co hian tupng roi nhieu tam tri cao (chilm 74,0yo) so vdi nhdm sinh viSn kh6ng d trp (d nhd, nhd ngudi quen hay d ky tue xd).

ABSTRACT:

T H E SITUATION O F M E N T A L D I S O R D E R S OF T H E S E C O N D Y E A R STUDENTS AT T H A I BINH M E D I C I N E AND P H A R M A C Y UNIVERSITY IN 2017

After conducting a survey of 300 second year students (45"" course) at Thai Binh University of Medicine andPharmacy m 2 0 1 7 , we obtained the followmg results:

Thai Binh Medico-mental Medicine accounted for 88,3%

of students with mental disorders, in which students with moderate disability accounted for 44,1%.; group of students with mild disturbance accounted for 31.0%;

Students with severe disturbances accounted for 24,9%.

The average student leammg disability group had 35,0%

mental disability and 30,6%) had a mental retardation rate of 30,6%. Students staying outside have a high level of mental confusion (74,0%.) compared to non-homestay students (at home, at home, or m a dormitoiy).

Nghien cuu eua Trudng Dai hpc Y Hd Ndi nam 2013 tren 8 trudng d^i hpc y trong cd nude, kat qud cho thay co 43,0% trong s l 2.099 sinh vien co ddu hieu tram cam. Trong d6, co 2 3 % trdm cdm nhp va 20%.

IV. BAN LUAN

Trong nghien cuu nay, chiing toi chpn nguong dinh biat Id > 7, nghia Id neu sinh vien ndo co t6ng s6 diem td 7 trd ISn thi dupe xep vdo nhom eo rdi nhieu tdm tri.

Theo d6, cd 88,3% sinh vien Y da khoa nam thu 2 dupe xac djnh Id c6 rdi nhieu tdm tri. Ty le nay cao hon so vdi nhirng da tdi chung t6i dupe biet vd tham khdo, dac biet cao han so vdi mpt sd nghien cuu nuoc ngodi tren d6i tupng thanh nian (bao gdm cd nhdm sinh vian dai hpc vd cao dang) cung sd dung bO c6ng cu SRQ20 cda WHO cho ty Ip rli nhilu tdm ti-i dao dpng tii 17-35%

Xet ve muc dp rdi nhiau tdm tri, chdng t6i ciing chung quan diem vdi cdc tac gid eua Khoa Y te c6ng cong, D^

hpc Y Dupe TP H6 Chi Minh, chia miic dp roi nhieu thdnb ba lo^i: nhe (tu 7 den II diem), trung bmh (td 12 din 16 diam) va muc dp nang (tu 17 den 20 diam). Qua dilu tra, ty le sinh vian co rdi nhieu d mdc dp trung binh chilm cao nhdt (44,1 %), tiep dan la mdc dp nhp (31,0%), muc dp nling chiem ty le thdp nhat (24,9%), Nhu vdy, da phdn sinh viSn CO rdi nhieu tdm tri d muc dp td nhe den trung binh, Ket qud ndy ciing phil hpp vdi nghien cdu cua Trdn Ngpc Dang, Do Van Diing, Huynh Hd Ngpc Quynh [7].

Trong s6 sinh vien co r6i nhieu tam tri, ti le sinh vien nu gdp hon hai Idn smh vien nam (69,4% vd 30,6%), dieu nay ciing phu hpp vdi ty le nam - nii dupe nghien cuu theo phdn tich ve sd hpc, do dli tupng la nu gdp hon hai Idn ddi tupng nam. Tuy nhian nlu xet riang tdng gidi, ty le r6i nhieu tdm tri cua nam vd nii la tuang duong nhau vd deu d muc rdt cao (88%), tuong ding vdi ty le r6i nhiau chung. Trong nghien cuu cda cdc tdc gia D^i hpc Y Dupe TP H6 Chi Minh (2010), khdng eo sy khac biet co y nghTa tiling ke ve ty le roi ohieu tam tri d nam vd nii, tuy nhien ed sy khdc biat kha rd rdng theo sinh vien cdc nam hpc vd ty le cao nhat ciing thupc ve sinh vien nam thu hai [7].

Ty le rdi nhieu tdm tri cao thupc ve nh6m sinh vien cd hpc luc kha vd trung binh (tdng sl 65,6%) tiong khi ty le nay thdp d nhom sinh vian hoac c6 hpc luc gidi (10,6%) hoac cd hpc lyc trung binh ylu (17,0%.), kem (6,8%); ket qua ndy phu hpp vdi nghien ciiu cua tdc gid Tran Ngpc Dang khi nghian cuu tren doi tupng la sinh vian ngdnh YTCC nam 2011 [7], Thuc te dli vdi nhiing sinh vien cd hoc luc gidi nhung neu hi thi lai hoac dang gidi nhiing do hpc lye xu6ng miing thap hon de bi RNTT hem la nhung sinh vian co hpc lyc ylu. Theo ket qud bang 3.3, ty Ip sinh vien cd roi nhilu tdm tri cao nhat Id nhom thua nhd d trp (74,0%), mpt bp ph^n nho d ki tuc xa cho biet co nhiing biau bien cua roi nhieu tdm tri (18,9%.) va rdt it ngudi e6 rli nhilu khi song ciing gia dinh (4,8%.) hoac ngudi quen (2,3%.).

V. KET LUAN

Ty le sinh vian Y da khoa nam thu 2 eua Trudng Dai hpc Y Dupe Thdi Binh cd hien tupng rli nhilu tam tri chiem 88,3%, trong do: nhom sinh vien co rdi nhilu d mdc dp trung binh chiem 44,1%; nh6m sinh vien co rdi nhieu d mdc dp nhp chiam 31,0%; nhdm sinh vian co rdi nhieu d mdc dp n^ng chilm 24,9%.

Nhom sinh vian co hpc lyc trung binh c6 RNTT Id 35,0% va hpc luc khd cd ty Ip RNTT Id 30,6%;

Sinh vian d trp ben ngodi e6 hien tupng RNTT chilm 74%. cao hon so sinh vian khdng d trp.

VI. KHUYEN NGHI

Nhd trudng, Phdng Qudn ly Ddo tao dai hpc cdn xem xet kh6i lupng hpc tdp cho dli tupng sinh vien Y da khoa nam thu hai theo hinh thdc ddo tao chi tin chi, trdnh sy qud tdi, dam bao chdt lupng d^iy vd hpc.

Neu cao vai trd ciia nhd tnrdng, t6 phuong phdp, giao vian chd nhi^m, Dodn Thanh nian, Hpi sinh vian, cac cdu l^c bp dk t^o cho sinh vien co nilm tin trong mdi trudng

"d^i hpc", t^o moi quan ha gdn ket giua ede sinh vien eting nhu hinh thanh cho ngudi hpc cdc ki nang, nhat Id ki nang mem de doi pho vdi hien tupng rdi nhieu tam tri.

research, in association with the information technology has facilitated the laboratory research in getting high value biological products. Thanks to the sequencing automation, an enormous quantity of genomic data has been collected in GenBank, especially genomes of many bacterial species. On this b ^ i s , the screening of restriction enzymes can be made with a shortened procedure, beginning with the finding in silico of a target gene coding for a putative protein, then detecting the alike genes in natural samples, finally cloning the genes to get an active restnction enzyme. The success of the method is demonstrated through efficient methods that were combined with each other. The research procedure is performed directly on natural samples in order to get final recombinant products from in silico to in vitro research parts. Nowadays, former complicated techniques have been made easier m molecular biology laboratones equipped with information technology.
