SUMMARY
Thermal injury initiates systemic inflammtory reactios producing burn toxins, an inflammatory response, oxygen radicals and finally peroxidation Huanglianjiedu decoction is a old traditional prescription, application has been treated many diseases, including burns. We have all inherited and dosage drug form 1:1 highly liquid called VB09. In this study, we evaluated the effect of antioxidant of VB09 preparations through determining the activity of enzyme SOD (superoxide dismutase), serum MDA (Manonytdialdehyde) levels in plasma of experimental animals and severe burns patients volunteers. Research methods; Radomized clinical trial. Research results shovi^ed that VB09 preparations had effect antioxidant through the mechanism increases the activity of the enzyme SOD, reduced the formation of MDA.

2. £)6l TU^NG VA PHUONG PHAP NGHIEN CLTU 2.1. Ddi tu'O'ng
- Nghidn cOu thi/c nghidm
Nghidn cdu tiln hdnh trdn thd tidu chuin, cd trgng luang td 2,5 ± 0,2 kg/con, sd lupng 60 eon (ngodi ra cdn cd 2 thd dy phdng td vong trong qud trinh thl nghidm).
