Dac biet, ldc ddng tich cue cua su ddc lap cua hdi ddng qudn tri doc ldp ddi vai hieu qud hoat ddng doanh nghiip ldng len khi su lap trung quyin sd hiru gidm xudng sau khi kiem sodt cdc yiu id quyet dinh khde dnh hudng den hiiu qud hoat ddng doanh nghiep duac su dung trong cdc nghien cieu truac ddy. Independence board, ownership concentration and tirm performance Abstract.

This study is conducted lo examine the impact of ownership concentration -on the relationship between independent hoard and firm performance in listed firms on Vietnam Stock Exchange during the period 2010 lo 2017. Using OLS, FEM, REM. FGLS regression methods and GMM lo control endogenous problems, the research finds out a positive impact of independent Board of Directors (BOD) on firm performance. In addition, the resuh reveals that ownership concentration decreases the positive effect of independent Board of Directors on firm performance. Furthermore, these results have high level of statistical significance in private firms, compared to state-owned firms.

2.2. Tdng quan nghien cu-u

2.2.1. Anh hudng cua cd ddng kiem sodt den hoi ddng qudn tri doc lap vd hieu qua hogt dong doanh nghiep

3. Phuong phap nghien ciiu 3.1. Du- lieu

4. Ket qua nghien cu'u 4.1. Thdng ke md td bien

4.3.
