This study is to examine the theory of customer's word-of-mouth marketing in the banking indu.stry and it,s causes in order to assess the impact of factors related to the cuslomers" word-of- mouth marketing on banks. Based on results, this study make some governance implications to help banks promote positive impacts of the customers' word-of-mouth marketing. The smdy is also expected lo help banks improve tlie efficiency of their banking products and ser\'ice quality lo meet the needs of customers, bringing both maximum benefits to banks and customers.
