ABSTRACT: The steel strand fatigue testing equipment is manufactured in a developing industry with special materials, advanced equipment and state of the art technology, however all these things are the main weaknesses of the mechanical engineenng industry in our country nowadays, if the designing and manufacturing process of the steel strand fatigue testing equipment are completely following to foreign form, then it would not be feasible or low economic efficiency The article shows some problems during designing process and manufacturing technology of steel strand fatigue testing equipment which is suited for material sources and technological level in our country
