To test the reliability of scales, this study uses the Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the factor analysis method. The results show that there are six factors like the original proposal model. In this study, the differences in customer eharacteristies and environmental factors were tested. The results indicate that there are differences in the perceived level of service quality among different groups of customers with different eharacterisites (filling time, the loyalty to a store, the level of brand awareness) and different environmental factors (business culture and refence informadon about the store). In addition, the study also proposes a number of feasible recommendations for enterprises which are specialized in trading petroleum products.
