Bidang usaha kepelabuhanan yang saat ini diselenggarakan oleh Perseroan antara lain :
1. Bidang usaha Pelayanan kapal, yang meliputi :
a. Pelayanan Pemanduan, yaitu kegiatan pelayanan
membantu Nakhoda kapal agar navigasi dapat dilaksanakan dengan selamat, tertib, dan lancar;
b. Pelayanan Penundaan, yaitu kegiatan pelayanan
menarik mendorong atau menggandeng kapal yang berolah gerak untuk tambat ke atau untuk melepas dari dermaga, jetty, trestel, pier, pelampung, dolphin, kapal, dan fasilitas tambat lainnya menggunakan kapal tunda;
c. Pelayanan Penambatan, yaitu kegiatan pelayanan
kapal melakukan ikat tali di tambatan/ dermaga untuk melakukan bongkar muat barang atau kegiatan lainnya.
d. Pelayanan Alur, yaitu pelayanan penyediaan perairan
yang dari segi kedalaman, lebar dan bebas hambatan pelayaran lainnya dianggap aman bagi keluar masuknya kapal di Pelabuhan;
e. Pelayanan Kepil, yaitu pelayanan untuk menarik dan
mengikat tali kapal ke bolder yang ada ditambatan / dermaga.
2. Bidang usaha Pelayanan Petikemas, yang meliputi:
a. Pelayanan Operasi Kapal, yaitu pelayanan pembongkaran
atau pemuatan petikemas dari atau ke kapal;
b. Pelayanan Operasi Lapangan, yaitu pelayanan
penumpukan sementara muatan setelah dibongkar atau akan dimuat dari atau ke kapal pada lapangan penumpukan terbuka;
c. Pelayanan CfS, yaitu pelayanan penimbunan sementara
muatan setelah dibongkar atau dimuat dari atau ke kapal pada ruangan tertutup;
d. Pelayanan Petikemas Transhipment, yaitu pelayanan
membongkar petikemas dari kapal pengangkut pertama, disusun dan ditumpuk di lapangan penumpukan dan mengapalkannya ke kapal pengangkut kedua;
e. Pelayanan Petikemas lainnya, yaitu pelayanan yang
diberikan kepada para pengguna jasa berupa behandle,
tempat pemeriksaan terpadu, fumigasi, batal muat, pindah kapal/alih kapal, closing, batal dokumen, labelling dan overbrengen.
3. Bidang usaha Pelayanan non Petikemas, yang meliputi:
a. Pelayanan Non Petikemas General Cargo, yaitu
memberikan pelayanan non petikemas untuk barang kemasan general cargo termasuk bag cargo dan unitized/ pallet berupa fasilitas dermaga, gudang dan lapangan penumpukan serta pelayanan bongkar muat dari dan ke kapal;
b. Pelayanan Non Petikemas Curah kering, yaitu
memberikan pelayanan non petikemas untuk barang kemasan curah kering berupa fasilitas dermaga, gudang, lapangan penumpukan dan silo penyimpanan serta pelayanan bongkar muat dari dan ke kapal;
c. Pelayanan Non Petikemas Curah Cair, yaitu memberikan
pelayanan non petikemas untuk barang kemasan curah cair berupa fasilitas dermaga, fasilitas penyimpanan (Storage Tank) serta pelayanan bongkar muat dari dan ke kapal;
Port business field that the Company is engaged in includes,
among others:
1. Ship Service Business field, which consists of:
a. Pilotage Services, i.e. service activities to help the ship’s
captain to navigate safely, orderly and smoothly;
b. Ship Delay Service, which is a push-and-pull service
activity or holding a motion-driven vessel for mooring to or to remove from wharf, jetty, trestle, pier, buoy, dolphin, ship and other mooring facilities using tugboats;
c. Berthing Service, i.e. ship service activities to tie the ropes at moorings/docks to perform loading and unloading of goods or other activities.
d. navigation services, i.e. provision of waters that in terms of depth, width, and channel is safe and free of
obstruction, thus ensuring safety for vessels moving
from and to ports;
e. Mooring Services, i.e. activities to pull or tie the vessel ropes to bolder tethered at the wharf.
2. field of business Services of goods, which include:
a. Ship operation Service, i.e. loading or unloading service from or to the ship;
b. field operation Services, i.e. temporary hoarding
services after loading or loading from or to vessels in
enclosed spaces;
c. CfS Services, which is a temporary conglomeration service after loading or loading from or to the vessel in
an open container yard.
d. Container Transhipment service, which is the service of
unloading the container from the first carrier vessel, to be further arranged and stacked in the container yard
and shipped it to the second carrier vessel;
e. Other Container services, which is services provided to
users of services such as behandle, integrated checkpoint, fumigation, unloading, transhipment, closing, document cancellation, labeling and overbrengen.
3. non-Container Service business field, covering:
a. general cargo non-container service, which is to provide
general cargo non-container service, including bag cargo and unitized/pallet in the form of dock facilities,
warehouses and container yard as well as loading and unloading services from and to the vessel;
b. Dry Bulk Non-Container Service, which provides non-
container services for dry bulk cargo in the form of dock facilities, warehouses, container yard and storage silos
and loading and unloading services from and to vessels; c. liquid Bulk Non-Container Service, which provides
non-container services for liquid bulk cargo in the form of dock facilities, Storage Tank, as well as loading and

d. Pelayanan Non Petikemas gas, yaitu memberikan
pelayanan non petikemas gas berupa fasilitas dermaga, fasilitas penyimpanan (Pipa) serta pelayanan bongkar muat dari dan ke kapal;
e. Pelayanan Non Petikemas Car Terminal, yaitu
memberikan pelayanan non petikemas untuk segmen car terminal berupa fasilitas dermaga, fasilitas lapangan penumpukan serta pelayanan bongkar muat dari dan ke kapal;
f. Pelayanan Non Petikemas hewan, yaitu memberikan
pelayanan non petikemas hewan berupa fasilitas dermaga, fasilitas lapangan penumpukan serta pelayanan bongkar muat dari dan ke kapal.
4. Bidang usaha Penunjang, yang meliputi:
a. Pelayanan konsolidasi dan Distribusi Barang, yaitu pelayanan yang diberikan berupa area khusus diluar Terminal yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna jasa untuk melakukan kegiatan pelayanan barang baik petikemas maupun non petikemas antara lain kegiatan
receiving/delivery, stuffing/stripping, unitasi/paletisasi,
packing, labeling, sortasi, serta kegiatan penumpukan petikemas maupun barang non petikemas dan kegiatan fumigasi;
b. Pelayanan Pelra, yaitu pelayanan yang diberikan bagi kapal-kapal pelayaran rakyat yang akan melakukan kegiatan di Pelabuhan berupa fasilitas penambatan, kepil, dermaga, gudang, lapangan penumpukan dan bongkar muat barang;
c. Pengusahaan alat, yaitu kegiatan pelayanan
pengusahaan alat-alat penunjang kegiatan
kepelabuhanan baik berupa alat angkat, alat angkut, alat bantu B/M serta alat apung;
d. Pengusahaan Properti, terdapat 24.061.005 m2 tanah
yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah operasi Perseroan. Lahan HPL tersebut diusahakan dengan diklasifikasikan sebagai usaha jasa kepelabuhanan, usaha industri, usaha konsolidasi dan distribusi, usaha pariwisata, industri perkapalan, usaha perkantoran dan pusat bisnis, dan non usaha (misal instansi pemerintahan, rumah tangga, dan tempat ibadah). Selain pengelolaan lahan, Perseroan juga melakukan pengusahaan bangunan, yang pengelolaannya dilakukan di masing-masing Cabang Pelabuhan. Sebagai pengoptimalan lahan milik Perseroan membentuk anak perusahaan PT Pelindo Properti Indonesia (PT PPI) yang bergerak dalam usaha marina pelabuhan;
e. Pengusahaan air dan listrik, dalam memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna jasa dan penduduk di lingkungan pelabuhan, Perseroan bekerja sama dengan PDAM menyediakan air bersih bagi kapal – kapal laut yang sedang berlabuh dan bertambat di perairan pelabuhan, serta berkerjasama dengan PLN menyediakan suply listrik untuk perkantoran dan rumah tangga di lingkungan sekitar pelabuhan;
d. Gas Non-Container Service, which provides non-
container services for gas cargo in the form of dock
facilities, storage facilities (Pipes) and loading and
unloading services from and to vessels;
e. Car Terminal Non-Container Service, which provides non-container services for car terminal segment in the
form of dock facilities, container yard facilities, and
loading and unloading services from and to vessels; f. Animal Non-Container Service, which provides non-
container service for animal in the form of dock facilities,
container yard, as well as loading and unloading services from and to vessel.
4. Supporting business field, covering:
a. Consolidation and Distribution of goods Service,
namely services delivered by providing designated area outside the Terminal that can be used by service users
to perform their goods service, either container or non-
container services, among others, receiving/delivery, stuffing/stripping, unitization/palletization, packing, labelling, sorting, as well as container or non-container stacking, and fumigation activities;
b. Pelra (People’s shipping) Service, namely services
provided for people’s shipping vessels who will perform activities at the Port, by providing berthing facilities,
mooring, docks, warehouses, container yard, and loading and unloading facility;
c. Equipment rentals, namely providing equipment to
support port operations, such as lifting equipment, transport equipment, loading and unloading (B/M) support equipment, and floating equipment.
d. Property business, there are 24,061,005 m2 of land spread throughout the Company operational area. HPL land is utilized as business with the following classification; namely as a seaport service business, industrial business, consolidation and distribution business, tourism business, shipping industry, office and business center, and non-business (e.g. government agencies, households and places of worship). In addition
to land management, the Company also carries out the
construction of the building, which is managed in each Port Branch. To optimize land assets, the Company formed a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Properti Indonesia (PT PPI) engaged in marine port business;
e. Clean Water and electricity Business, in facilitating
service users and residents around the harbor environment, the Company, in cooperation with PDAM,
provides clean water for vessels that are docked and
tethered in port basins, and in cooperation with PLN, to provide electricity supply for offices and households in the vicinity of the harbor;
