Upgrade for River Road

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

River Road will be temporarily closed from 18 April 2016, for approximately nine weeks.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE

Detour routes will be in place Monday to Saturday, 7am—5pm. After hours and Sundays, single lane access will be controlled by temporary lights with reduced speed of 40km/h.

The Hills Shire Council has received an application for the naming of two new public roads created by the development of Lot 602 DP 1130068, Lot 41 DP 224917, 58–64 Arnold Avenue, Kellyville NSW (DA 862/2015/JP). Road one is proposed to be named ‘Purpletop Drive’ and road two is proposed to be named

‘English Ivy Place’.

A plan is available for viewing on Council’s website www.thehills.nsw.gov.au under ‘Major Plans on Exhibition’.

The Hills Shire Council is seeking Tenders from qualified organisations for the Construction of Pre-School Centre – North Rocks Park, Farnell Avenue, North Rocks.

Applications will close at 2pm on Tuesday, 26 April 2016.
