sold in t h e m arket area of Su rak art a. Sam plin g w as don e by p ur posiv e sam p ling as m any as six b ran ds of prop olis w hich is div id ed int o 6 g roup s: P1, P2, P3, P4 , P5 , and P6 . Each g roup w as m easured five t im es. Det erm in at ion of q uercet in in p rop olis b y using UV- Vis sp ect rop hot om et er m et hod of Pru ssian Blu e. Dat a w er e an aly zed for q u er cet in levels wit h on e- w ay ANOVA st at ist ical t est u sing t h e com pu t er p rog ram SPSS 17 for win dows.
Re sul t s: Av erage of q u er cet in levels of p rop olis sam p les obt ained result s P1 =
9.4440 ± 0.06465 µg/mL, P2 = 4.4760 ± 0.08591 µg/mL, P3 = 10.2700 ± 0.04000 µg/mL, P4 = 7.4120 ± 0.06648 µg/mL, P5 = 8.6780 ± 0.03347 µg/mL, P6 = 8.4960 ± 0.10877 µg/mL with p < 0.001.
