STP Tegal Gundil maximum capacity

Sebagaimana didetailkan di Bab 6.2.1, proses WSP eksisting di IPAL Tegal Gundil memadai untuk

mengolah limbah 2400 rumah tangga. Waktu retensi minimum yang direkomendasikan untuk sistem WSP

adalah 4 hari, untuk 2400 sambungan, waktu retensi di IPAL Tegal Gundil adalah 4 jam, sehingga

kapasitas pengolahan memadai untuk melayani rencana peningkatan zona pelayanan air limbah. Lihat

Tabel 6.5 untuk detail kalkulasi proses.

UASB reaktor IPAL Paledang

Kriteria desain dan desain reaktor UASB untuk tahun 2015 disajikan pada Tabel 6.6. Akan dibutuhkan 3

unit reaktor, berukuran panjang 21 meter, lebar 8 meter dan tinggi 5 meter. Sebagai alternatif, 2nam

reaktor fiberglas bertulang dapat juga digunakan. Masing-masing reaktor berukuran tinggi 5m dan diameter

10m. Unit ini dapat digunakan kembali untuk tujuan lain ketika IPAL Paledang tidak digunakan lagi saat

wilayah embrio sudah tersambung dengan pipa induk zona Pusat dan pengolahan air limbah dipusatkan di

IPAL Kayumanis.

Desain sistem FAP untuk IPAL Tegal Gundil, Ciluar dan Kayumanis

Proses WSP di tegal gundil dapat dialihkan menjadi FAP dengan penambahan aerator di kolam stabilisasi.

IPAL Ciluar dan Kayumanis akan dikembangkan dengan sistem FAP. Kriteria desain dan desain untuk

sistem DAP pada ketiga lokasi di tahun 2020 dan 2030 disajikan pada Tabel 6.7.
