ABSTRAK
Hepatitis dideskripsikan sebagai kerusakan hati dengan gambaran histologi yang spesifik dan ditandai dengan adanya inflamasi. WHO menyatakan bahwa hepatitis C merupakan suatu masalah kesehatan utama. Prevalensi orang dengan anti-HVC meningkat menjadi 2,8% diseluruh dunia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan penelitian mengenai profil pasien hepatitis C di RSUP HAM Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional yang dilakukan di Instalasi Rekam Medis RSUP HAM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode analisa pada 75 data rekam medis pasien hepatitis C pada 01 Januari 2013 – 06 Juni 2016 yang dipilih dengan metode total sampling. Hal-hal yang dianalisis pada rekam medis hepatitis C antara lain sosiodemografi, faktor progresifitas, durasi infeksi, hasil labotarium, pengobatan, SVR, koinfeksi, komorbid dan komplikasi pengobatan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hepatitis C di RSUP HAM paling sering terjadi pada kelompok usia 50-59 tahun, jenis kelamin laki-laki. Sebagian besar pasien tamatan SMA. Suku Batak merupakan suku yang paling dominan. Sebagian besar pasien hepatitis C overweight, Durasi infeksi pasien seluruhnya > 6 bulan. Pada sebagian besar pasien terjadi peningkatan bilirubin direk, ALT, AST dan penurunan kadar trombosit. Sebagian besar hepatitis kronis memiliki fibrosisi F3 dan terjadi regresi fibrosis hati setelah pengobatan. Didapati koinfeksi dengan HIV dan Penyakit komorbid terbanyak dengan DM. Anemia merupakan komplikasi pengobatan yang paling sering didapati pada pasien hepatitis C.

From the patients with hepatitis C in the Adam Malik Hospital, the most common age was 50-59 and mostly male. Mostly patients were Senior High School graduated. Batak tribe was the most dominant tribe. Mostly patients were overweight. Duration of infection of all patients are > 6 months. Patients hepatitis C had an increase in bilirubin direct, ALT, AST and decreased platelets. Most of the hepatitis C chronic patients had fibrosis F3 and showed improvement after treatment . There were co-infection with HIV and the highest co-morbid was DM. Anemia is the most frequent complication of treatment in hepatitis C patients.
June 2016, that were selected with a total sampling method. We analyzed the medical records of hepatitis C patients include sosiodemografi, progressivity factor, duration of infection, laboratory examination, the treatment, SVR, co-infection, co-morbid and complication.
