AMENDMENT TO PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 50/1995 ON THE LOGISTIC BOARD AS ALREADY AMENDED
BY PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 45/1997
(Presidential Decree No. 19/1998, dated January 21, 1998)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
Considering :
a. that to better increase the effectiveness of the Logistics Board in the
management of stocks of basic food and smooth the flow of goods, it is
deemed necessary to determine the focussing of the main tasks of the
Logistics Agency;
b. that in connection with the said matter, it is necessary to improve
Presidential Decree No. 50/1995 on the Logistic Board as already amended
by Presidential Decree No. 45/1997.
In view of :
THE PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON AMENDMENT TO PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 50/1995 ON THE LOGISTICS BOARD AS ALREADY AMENDED BY PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 45/1997.
To amend the provisions in Article 2 of Presidential Decree No. 50/1995 on the
Logistics Board as already amended by Presidential Decree No. 45/1997 so as to
read as follows:
Article 2
The Logistics Board shall have the main tasks of assisting the President in
controlling prices and managing stocks of rice directly and indirectly in the
framework of keeping the stability of prices and quality of rice according to the
general policies of the government”.
Article 11
The Presidential Decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
