The shareholders in accordance with the notarial deed have been added paid-up capital of all shares capital. The Company's main business activity is to carry out business activities of Transport Services, the Internal (inside Perum BULOG) and the External (outside Perum BULOG).
In 2016, Perum BULOG acquired PT Gendhis Multi Manis (GMM) is a company engaged in the sugar industry that already operated a new Sugar Factory (Pabrik Gula “PG”) in Tinapan Village, Todanan Sub-district, Blora Regency, with a capacity of Sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 13 Tahun 2016
