The company shows procedures for soil fertility management in the Minamas Plantation Agricultural Reference Manual document in the organic manure section. The company also performed soil and leaf analysis as a way to monitor soil fertility and as a basis for preparing fertilizer recommendations. The company has a record of fertilization recorded in the monthly report manager (MMCM) of the realization of fertilization. The company has an integrated pest management plan included in the Annual Work Plan and Agricultural Reference Manual.
The company has procedures for handling pesticide waste, which are contained in the SOP Handling of hazardous waste (handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste) under document no. However, the company was unable to show any further evidence of the results of the medical recommendations. With the development of 1,162 ha of land, in 2011 the company created a new/additional environmental document in the form of the Environmental Management Document (DPLH). The AMDAL and DPLH documents included environmental management and monitoring plans as follows: 1) Spatial and Land Impacts, 2) Soil Impact, 3) Hydrology Impact, 4) Water Quality Impact, 5) Traffic Impact, 6) Impact Impact on land, 7) Impact on terrestrial fauna, 8) Impact on aquatic biota, 9) Impact on socio-economic impact, 10) Impact on community attitudes and perceptions, 11) Impact on public health.
The company has a program to educate employees and the public about the protection of protected flora and fauna in the company's scope. The Company was unable to demonstrate the negotiation process or agreement between PT LMR and the Landowner related to the management of HCV 6 set up by the company. Based on the visit result in the HCV 6 (Cemetery) Block area J15 Block, Cengal Estate River indicates that the location of HCV Area is within HGU but still in the local community (one of Binturung villagers).

Preparation to undergo the RSPO certification process is ongoing and SDP targets to undergo RSPO certification by the end of 2017. Internal assessment against the draft Liberia NI has been completed and closing of gaps is ongoing.

Observation of relatively clean first aid rooms, recording of medical waste, medical examination at work and accident at work. Observations and interviews related to facilities available to workers, such as housing for employees, clean water, kindergartens, school and a grievance mechanism related to the interview. Field observations and interviews related to labor facility, electricity, household waste, fresh water sources, company policy socialization and grievance mechanism.
Observation and interview with manual maintenance worker (who are also pesticide and disinfectant applicators) in respect of technical, manpower, BHV, environmental and conservation aspects, as well as special medical examination.

ASSESSMENT FINDINGS
Based on the results of interviews with employees, it was stated that the company provides full access to the use of water from the observer's spring water, especially during the dry season. Field verification shows that the company has made water management efforts in the form of trenches and water gates in lowland areas (Sungai Cengal Estate). One of the company's efforts to reduce pesticide use is the Integrated Pest Management Program.
The company has a spray system SOP block to explain how to apply the pesticide mixture to the field by spraying. Based on management interviews and document review, the company has never scheduled and applied aerial pesticides. The company has prepared a review of the environmental monitoring plan every two years for AMDAL and DPLH documents.
The company demonstrated improvements in the form of the 2nd Annual Social Impact Management Program Review Report, which was conducted on April 20, 2017.

There are no negative issues such as discrimination, the use of labor under the age of 18, sexual abuse issues and others. The company paid labor social insurance and labor health insurance for all workers as written in indicator 4.7.6. According to document verification and interview with workers, there were issues related to violation of the rights of women.
From the results of interviews with workers, the company has implemented Company Policies such as reproductive rights and the prohibition of spraying pregnant women. The company had socialized policies such as corporate codes and the use of workforce over 18 years. Based on the verification of the documents, show that the rights and obligations of each party are defined in the contract.
Enrollment in employment social insurance and occupational health insurance for contract workers is still ongoing. Evidence of land dispute resolution was checked by the auditor and it was not ongoing. Segendang Village, the conflict regarding the area in the Bebunga estate (with the Segendang villager) was concluded by an agreement and both sides agreed not to interfere with each other.
The company agreed to compensate as much as Rp (which has been completed) and also to develop the small farmers in an area of 300 Ha (currently in process of revising the Decree of Candidate Farmers and Future Land). Most villagers realized the positive consequences, such as improved access roads and increased incomes from becoming employees of the company. Assistance has been observed by the community, the company has always responded to any proposals for assistance submitted by the villager.
There is an aspiration of the Wonorejo Head Village related to response to the urgent proposal (for example regarding road maintenance), it is expected that there is an estate manager policy to materialize in advance without waiting for approval from the top management / superiors . Preparation of CSR program is based on communication with the community through adaptation with the submitted proposal and MUSRENBANG. The company has a policy that states that all activity and costs must be approved by top management.
