Summary of Assessment Report of Supply Chain Requirement
The mill must also meet all registration and reporting requirements for the appropriate supply chain through the RSPO supply chain management organization (RSPO IT platform or book and claim). The site must have written procedures and/or work instructions to ensure the implementation of all elements specified in these requirements. This person must be able to demonstrate awareness of the site's procedures for implementing this standard.
The site must have documented procedures for receiving and processing certified and non-certified FFBs. The mill has a good system to track the movement of FFB, CPO and PKO in accordance with SOP "Traceability and RSPO Supply Chain Certification System" - SOP No.240-A. The mill performance report is able to trace the processing of the mill which was also associated with United Plantation Berhad.
The mill receives and processes FFB only from owned properties for the period August 2016 to April 2017. Mill throughput data was verified for the period August 16-April 17 and found no excess production. The site will record and balance all RSPO-certified FFB receipts and RSPO-certified CPO and PK shipments on a quarterly basis.
The mill must also record and balance all FFB and CSPO / CSPKO receipts on a 3 monthly basis. Since the mill accepts only the IP module, the procedures clearly show the necessary mechanisms to ensure that the IP target is monitored and achieved. The mill receives only FFB from UP. Berhad owns plantations [Ulu Bernam Estate, Sungei Erong Estate and Sungei Chawang Estate], so it was assessed for the IP module.
