Sime Darby has achieved 39 management units in Malaysia and 21 management units in Indonesia RSPO certified. There was a change to the time-bound plan under Sime Darby because Sime Darby postponed the certification process of the others. Sime Darby has informed the Time Bound Plan of progress, MUTUAGUNG has assessed that Sime Darby is still in compliance with the RSPO requirement for partial certification.
Lahan Tani Sakti received FFB only from its own property and did not receive FFB from independent smallholders.

Based on observation, Turnera subulata, Antigonon leptosus and Casia cobanensis are useful as host plants of the leaf-eating caterpillar. Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification
Based on the review of the document and the interview with the staff, it is known that the staff received a salary based on the applicable regulations. The company has drawn up fertilizer advice based on the soil and leaf analysis results from Minamas Research Station (MRC). Based on field visits in Division II, it is necessary to add the number of useful plants in the operating area.

Summary of RSPO Partial Certification
Company management has declared to the community that the company will preserve and not grow palm oil crops in areas that have been identified as HCV (MAS-3 Estate's Statement Letter dated May 1, 2011). Local people/indigenous people who joined Satlak were directly involved in the process of identifying areas where palm oil planting is not allowed in accordance with the agreement. The company has conducted social impact studies, but it is still in draft until the implementation of Stage-1. There was a conflict between the local community and the company, related to the ban on raising livestock in the property area and the punishment for violating the ban. Some positive impacts of the company's existence, such as: local recruitment, local communities are pleased that the company allows their livestock to enter estate territory.
