All units under SMART Tbk are not RSPO certified, there are still some units, especially plasma, which refuses to follow RSPO certification, but the management unit still communicates with plasma to implement RSPO certification. There are 2 mills that are not on schedule and the rationale is that the Pelakar mill is still in the process of disclosure of liability and the Bukit Kapur mill has no right to use the land (HGU is still ongoing). Sungai Bengkal Mill receives FFB from both non-RSPO certified and RSPO certified properties.
For now, the smallholder scheme (Muara Kilis Plasma) refuses to implement the RSPO certificate, but PT SKU always communicates with the smallholder scheme. Thus, out of 13 third-party suppliers, 1 supplier is RSPO certified, and the other is not yet RSPO certified.

Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification
According to interviews with workers and contractors, it is known that the company has socialized about the policy. The company has proven that the pesticides used have been approved by the government. As a result of interviews and field visits, it is known that the company has not sprayed the pesticide with air.
From the results of document research and interviews it is known that no small farmers are involved in the company. Results of interviews with contractors working with the company obtained information that the contractors were included in the program of the Social Insurance Bank for labor. The company consistently implements environmental management and monitoring as described in the Environmental Management and Monitoring Report.
According to interviews with workers and the public, it has been shown that the company never disposes of waste anywhere. The results of interviews with workers, government agencies and community leaders are known that the company carried out the socialization about the mechanism of communication and consultations. In the SOP also mentioned that the company guarantees the anonymity of the reporting and the revealer of the case (whistleblower).
From the results of the interviews with the workers in the villa, it is known that the workers felt satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities that the company offered them. The results of the field visits showed that the company has provided employee cooperatives that sell daily necessities to meet the needs of workers. Sungai Bengkal Mill has an RSPO product supply chain SOP that outlines the process for receiving FFB from suppliers. The entire garden certified by RSPO is registered with automated systems and provided with a special code.
