Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification
Implementation of management and monitoring of static emission was described in the Implementation Report of UKL-UPL semester 1 year 2017 for each unit. The certification unit has the SOP of the sampled soil and leaf soil in the no. Summary of RSPO Partial Certification
Evans Lestari (PT.EL) carried out HCV and SIA identification in March 2013 by the forestry faculty of the Institute Pertanian Bogor (IPB) led by Dr. PT Evans Lestari and on December 17, 2013 NPP carried out by the certification body of Control Union. The last land clearing took place before November 2005 and no new land clearing or new planting has taken place.
Land clearing was carried out after November 2005, but HCV identification has only been carried out before land clearing. Based on internal audit, documented time of land clearing and declaration of responsibility sent to RSPO, there is new planting/land clearing after 1 January 2010 for PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari and PT Evans Lestari, but NPP has been carried out for these units. Based on the evidence provided, the company has simply planted on the acreage that has been compensated by the landowner from FPIC. There is no information from the public source and from the RSPO website about any labor conflict for uncertified units of the group's subsidiaries and also from the consultation with stakeholders during the first surveillance audit of PT PMM. The legal process of the land is still ongoing and there is a detailed update progress documented by the company for each year.

Summary of Arising Issues from Public and Auditor Verification
There are no issues of migrant workers, no child workers, no replacement contracts, no labor trafficking or forced labor forms. The companies also helped repair rural roads, masks and sports equipment through CSR programs. Ease of communication with the company was making the relationship very well developed. Management of the gender committee has the program related to policies on sexual harassment, protection of reproductive rights.
The supplier agreed to the price provided by the company and there are no complaints related to FFB Prices or payment system. The entire content of the agreement is fair and transparent is known by both parties. Internal union meetings are held at least every 3 months and once a month with the company or if necessary can be done at any time.
The union knows there is an agreement between the brondolan and the company's kutib.
