第七章 臨床意義、研究限制及未來建議
第三節 未來研究建議
未來研究之建議共有三點如下:
一、 建議未來研究樣本從全國各地採取有氧運動教練的嗓音,以提高研究結果對於 國內有氧運動教練群體的代表性。此外,建議未來研究提高受試者樣本數,如此能針 對授課類別、授課時數、授課地區、年資長短或年齡層等面向做分析,並提供完整之 臨床建議。
二、 建議未來研究若欲分析有氧運動教練平時說話嗓音時,應在受試者上課前收錄 嗓音樣本,避免有氧運動的授課用聲影響嗓音功能與嗓音數據。因為上課前收錄之說 話嗓音樣本較趨近於受試者平時嗓音狀況。
三、 建議未來研究能加入其他嗓音評估方式,如:喉部內視鏡或氣動學等,增加對 聲帶構造的檢查及發聲氣流和氣壓的測量,以進一步了解個案的聲帶損傷、發聲效率 與呼吸等功能,如此能增加對發聲功能的了解,以提升嗓音問題研究與臨床應用上的 參考價值。
