第三節 研究結果之應用

在文獻回顧與整理後,過去衝突處理行為的相關研究,鮮少以醫療領域作為主題,

而本研究更以醫師作為研究對象,醫師的職業具專業性並且有其決策權,然而醫療為複 雜的專業領域,更突顯研究的重要性與必要性。本研究地點為醫院之急診室,屬醫院急 性傷病患最多的地方之ㄧ,其衝突產生的機率相對較高,因此適當的衝突處理行為便需 要討論。故本研究之結果與資料分析皆可提供未來衝突處理行為相關探討研究之參考。

另外,未來研究地點亦可延伸至醫院其他重要單位,例如加護病房等,以便了解醫院各 部門有關衝突處理行為對於病患滿意度之影響。

管理實務上之應用

本研究為國內極少數以醫師為對象的衝突處理行為相關研究,且醫院層級包含醫學

中心、區域及地區教學醫院,與一般滿意度研究僅於特定單位或單一地點有所不同,並 且醫師與急診室皆為較難蒐集資料的前提下,仍有如此的樣本回收量,不但有其樣本代 表性,在醫療領域的管理實務上,管理者對於急診室的衝突處理問題,本研究結果應有 相當的參考價值,並採取適當的政策藉以提升病患滿意度。
