TOM TAT:

Nghien cffu nay kidm dinh tac ddng ciia hdp tac xuyen chtfc nang den hieu qua boat ddng kinh doanh (HQHDKD) thdng qua vai trd truydn dan cua hpc tip, cua td chffc va ddi mdi td chtfc ciia cac nha quan tri d cac doanh nghiep tai Viet Nam. Md hinh va gia thuye't nghidn eiJu d i dtfdc kidm dinhbangSmartPLS3 vdil91 mau khao sit ttf eac nha quan tri ci'p trung va cap cao lam viec trong eae doanh nghidp tai Viet Nam. Ket qua nghien cffu cho tha'y: (1) Hdp tie xuydn chffc nang anh htfdng tich ctfe de'n hpe tap cua td chtfc; (2) Hpc tap ciia td chtfc thuc day vide ddi mdi td chffc;

(3) Ddng thdi, ddi mdi td ehffc va hpc tip cua td ehtfe gia ting HQHDKD. Ke't qua nghien ctfu dem lai mot sd him y ly thuye't v i ham y quan ly cho cac doanh nghiep tai Vidt Nam vdi nd life ning cao nang sua't va HQHDKD trong mdi trffdng tai Vidt Nam.

ABSTRACT:

This study Is to examine the impacts of cross-functional cooperation on the business performance of enterprises in Vietnam via the mediating roles of organizational learning and organizational innovation of enterprises managers. The research model and its hypotheses were empirically tested by using SmartPLS3 with survey data from 191 mid- and high-level managers in Vietnamese enterprises. The research results indicate that (I) Cross-functional cooperation positively influences organizational learning; (2) Organizational learning promotes organizational innovation and (3) Both organizational learning and organizational innovation enhance the business performance of enterpnses. The results provide some theoretical and managerial implications to Vietnamese firms which are striving to enhance their productivity and performance.
