Ket qud cho thdy ba thdnh phdn cua su gdn bd (no luc, tu hdo, trung thdnh) cua nhdn vien chiu tdc dpng cd y nghia thong ke cua su hdi long cong viec, phii hffp muc tieu, kien thuc, ho trg cua to chuc, vd thuong hieu cua to chiic Trong do, su hdi long cong viec bi dnh huffng bdi ndm nhdn to: khuyen thuang, vdn hoa, trao quyen, ho trg, vd klen thirc.

1. Gidi thieu

2.6. Vdn hda to chuc

2.7. Su ho trg cua to chuc

3.Thang do

5. Phu'dng phap xir' li so lieu

6. Ket qua va thao luan
