Ngudn du lidu nghien ctiu gdm cac s6 lidu quan trdc moi tmong tai Tnmg tSm Quan trdc Mdi tmdng Binh Duong tu nam 2000 den nam 2011 frdn 7 song rach chinh. Yeu td kinh tl dupc chpn Id tdng san pham (GDP) tren dau ngudi frong nam, theo gia so sanh. Co 4 quan he kinh tl mdi tnrdng dupc nghidn ciiu frong giai doan 2000-2011: NH3-N, COD, CoMorm va chi s6 6 nhidm Nemerow. Phuong phap xu ly hoi qm "Fit Line Plot" duoc sit diing va thii nghiem 3 dang: "tuyln tinh", "bac 2" va "bac 3", chon ra dang co hd so tirong quan cao nhat la cac dang biln ddi theo logarit Neper. Cac kit qua cho thay cdc chi bao vl m6i trudng nuoc mat hoan toan phan anh tot dudng cong moi trudng KFC trong tmdng hgp tinh Binh Duong va linh nay da trai qua thdi ky 6 nhiSm dat dinh va chat lugng mOi trudng ngay cang cai thien.

1 . OAT VAN BE

2.1. Phuong phdp tinh chi sd d nhiem Nemerow Ngoai quan he giira GDP/ngudi vdi tiing thdng sd 6 nhidm dan Ie, cdn xem xet chi sd d nhidm tdng hpp Nemerow. 5. Tinh tdng hgp chi sd Nemerow

Theo quy chuan 08-2009 cd 4 mirc muc dich sit dung nudc vdi 4 miic quy chudn cho cac thdng so d nhidm khac nhau, chpn frong sd theo thti hr quan frpng ctia muc dich sti dung nudc theo cdc tdc gia (Rata H. Sh. AL and Nawar O. A. Nasser, 2008) voi 4 mtic dich sti dung nudc: (1) Muc dich su dung cho nudc cap c d t A l , w l = 0,4; (2) muc dich sti dting cho nudc cap nhung phai xii ly cdt A2, w2 = 0,3; (3) muc dich sir dting cho tudi tidu cdt B l , w3 = 0,2; muc dich sir dung nudc cho giao thdng thuy cot B2, w4 =0,1.

Summary
This paper investigates the relationship between surface water quality and economic growth in Binh Duong province based on the environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis (EKG), using t h e surface water monitored data over 2000-2011. Research data sources from Binh Duong Environmental Monitoring Center from 2000 to 2011 on environmental monitoring data of seven main sfreams and rivers. Economic fector used is gross domestic product per capita by comparative pnce. T h e r e are four of economy-environment relationships in the studied period in Binh Duong: NH3-N, COD, Coliform and Nemerow pollution Indices. Regression method of "Fit Line Plot" procedure h a s been used to fit the data. Linear, quadratic and cubic form were tested and logarithm Neper form has been shown highest relation coefficient T h e results also show that surface water indicator supports EKC good in case of Binh Duong and this province h a s e x p e n e n c e d the polluted peak and surface water quahty gradually improved.
