2.4. Kit qud phan tich hoi quy

ABSTRACT:
This research is to find out the factors affectmg the job satisfaction of investment consultants working for FPT Security Company. Tliis reearch's findings show that some factors positively affect the job satisfaction including the salary, the n-aining and promotion, the job nature and the managers. Based on diese results, some solutions are proposed to enhance the job satisfaction of investment consultants working for FPT Security Company.
