The study aims to evaluate factors affecting the adoption ofe-commerce in small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ben Tre province. The fruit indicates that the aforementioned application is affected by nine factors, in decreasing order of influence, including Support from the Government; Pressure from customers; Compatibility; Attitude of manager; Pressure from supplier/partner; Supportandattentionofmanagers; Employees' understanding ofe-commerce;
Perception of e-commerce benefits; Pressure from competitors. From this finding, the authors provide some policy implications to boost the application of commerce in those SMEs.
