THIRD BIRTHDAY
This marks the third anniversary issue of InciDents. The publication schedule has been somewhat irregular in recent months; however, your editorial staff has resolved to do better in the future. Several department reporters have inquired about the type of material to be submitted. As stated in the first issue, the purpose of the publication is to keep you better informed regarding the activities in the various departments and to bring you special news items about the school's students, staff, and faculty.
Specifically, we are interested in learning of new staff and faculty appointments, special departmental research projects, visitation by former students and faculty and special honors and recognition re- ceived by members of your department.
When space permits, we will include a notice of faculty participation in continuing education courses and committee meetings.
