Praise and thanks the author prays to Allah SWT, it is because of his blessings and grace that the author was able to complete this apprenticeship report. The apprenticeship report was produced to fulfill one of the graduation requirements in the D-IV International Business Administration degree program at Bengkalis State Polytechnic. The author realizes that it is very difficult for the author to complete this apprenticeship report without the help and guidance of various parties.

Adrian Irnanda Pratama,S,.Sos.,M.B.A as my Supervisor who provided guidance and input in the preparation of this Apprenticeship Report.

During job training in the PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru, many lessons and knowledge that the author gained from employees in the office. Despite all this, the author also realized that there are still many mistakes in the process of writing this report.

Background of the Apprenticeship

PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru is part of the PLN company that is engaged in the maintenance of the electricity network distribution network, the increase of power, the installation of APP and other customer needs in Pekanbaru City and its surroundings. Give an overview of the practice and application of the knowledge gained in college in the real industrial world. The history of electricity in Indonesia began at the end of the 19th century by several Dutch companies to meet their own electricity needs.

After Indonesia's independence on August 17, 1945, the assets of foreign companies began to be nationalized by the youth and handed over to the government of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, blue also symbolizes the reliability of the company's people in providing the best service to its customers.

The job training is conducted in PT PLN UP3 (persero), which is located at Jalan Dr. In the second week, the author is taught to create input power increase data in AP2T and input public fine data in AP2T. The obstacles during the Job Training process at PLN Kota Barat and PLN UP3 Pekanbaru are as follows.
