Concept of Writing

Each paragraph has a single main idea that is expressed in the topic sentence, which is usually the first sentence of the paragraph. Transitional words serve as indicators of various relationships that must be connected in order to establish coherence in a paragraph. This means that all the supporting sentences "hold together" in their support of the topic sentence.

This is an important part of the writing process as it involves gathering and organizing the information that would be used in your article. After the information has been collected and once your thoughts have been organized, the next step is to make a systematic outline of it. To ensure that the concept is comprehensive, you may need to include different perspectives on the topic you are covering and make sure that all aspects of it are appropriately covered.

It may include rearranging the content, replacing certain parts of the record, adding or removing content, etc. Publishing your work gives you the opportunity to connect with and receive your readers.

Concept of Blog

Writing exercises, short answer essays, and other forms of writing in test situations are examples of expository writing. These are the types of activities where students are asked to write for a teacher's assignment or to fulfill a class duty. Real writing is a writer's performance where the reader doesn't know the answer and really wants information from the writer.

For example, writing letters, filling in a form, and writing a simple message all belong to proper writing. Every beginning writer starts writing with a basic activity like imitative writing. The activity in the following levels is more complex, as it allows students to create their own written products in the form of paragraphs or multi-page texts, which require better skills than the previous ones.

Definition of blog. defines a blog as a frequently updated website consisting of dated entries arranged in reverse chronological order. From the above explanation, the writer concludes that the blog is suitable for the teaching process. Ways to guide readers or students to improve writing and reading skills using a blog.

Concept of Recount Text

Based on the theories above, the author can conclude that narrative text is a text that retells events or experiences in the past. It consists of paragraphs that retell the events in the order in which they happened. It begins with an orientation that tells the reader who was involved, what happened, where this event took place and when it happened.

This chapter deals with research design, population and sample, variables and operational definition, research instrument, procedure of data collection and technique of data analysis. The researcher then divided the students into four groups, one of which was like a swing group. The Swing group is an additional group that acts as a rival group that will blog with another group that has previously blogged.

Randomly select a group to become a competitive swing group from each member of the group who has blogged before. After the treatment, the researcher will give the students a writing test to see if there are any gains in the students' writing ability after teaching using the blog. The researcher asked the students to give an argument about the topic given by the researcher.

After implementing Blog in the classroom, after implementing Blogging, the researcher asked questions about writing skills to see their communicative competence level; and in response to the activities students typically encounter in the English classroom, with their impact on their writing skills.

The formula explains about the significance difference between pre-test and post-test will find the value of the t-test by calculation. The purpose of the formula is to know which method is effective or not in achieving the students' writing skill of XI Grade at SMA Negeri 4 Jeneponto. The table above showed that the percentages of the students' writing skills before giving treatment were still in a very poor level.

The comparison of both tables above clearly shows that the scores of the students' writing skills in the pre-test and post-test are different. Both tables of the students' classification in relation to organization can be seen to be different. It is indicated that three is a significance difference between the results of students' writing in terms of content and organization of weblog.

This research was about the use of blog to increase students' writing to be good writing. The description of data collected from the students' writing showed that the students' writing skills had been achieved. It was supported by the mean score and the total score, also the percentage of the improvement of the students' pre- and post-test result.

Students' writing in terms of content and organization in the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 4 Jeneponto can be improved after the application of the web blog. Analisis fungsi sosial teks pesan, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan sesuai dengan konteks penggunaannya. Guru menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai yaitu pemahaman fungsi sosial, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan. Guru membimbing siswa menganalisis fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan teks pengumuman.

Analisis fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan pada teks Recount tentang pengalaman, peristiwa, kejadian dan biografi sederhana sesuai dengan konteks penggunaannya. Siswa mampu menganalisis fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan dalam teks narasi tentang pengalaman, peristiwa, kejadian, dan biografi sederhana sesuai dengan konteks penggunaannya. Dengan benar dan sesuai konteks, buatlah teks narasi sederhana tentang pengalaman, kegiatan, peristiwa, kejadian, dengan memperhatikan fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan.

Mengidentifikasi fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan dari teks narasi sederhana tentang pengalaman/peristiwa/peristiwa. Guru mengarahkan siswa menganalisis fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan dalam teks narasi. Guru membimbing siswa dalam membuat kesimpulan tentang cara mengenali fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan teks narasi.

Siswa dilatih secara berkelompok untuk menganalisis fungsi sosial teks narasi, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan. Guru membimbing siswa dalam membuat kesimpulan tentang pengenalan fungsi sosial, struktur tekstual, dan unsur kebahasaan teks narasi. Siswa mampu menganalisis fungsi sosial, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan dalam simple past tense dan present perfect tense.

Menyatakan kegiatan/peristiwa/peristiwa dengan memperhatikan fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan dengan benar dan sesuai dengan konteks simple past tense dan perfect tense. Guru membimbing siswa mengambil kesimpulan bagaimana mengidentifikasi fungsi sosial, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan simple past tense.
