Improvement of the existing and installation of a new pump house with motor for the field at the PhilRice. The Philippine Rice Research Institute now invites contractors with a PCAB license of at least Category C & D/Small B for the above-mentioned tender project. In the case of semi-permanent structures such as Type 1, 2 and 3 buildings as classified under the National Building Code of the Philippines, concrete/asphalt roads, concrete flood control, drainage, irrigation canals, river landing, deep wells, rock bridge, footbridge and other similar semi-permanent structures:] Five (5) years.
