The Program Development to Improve Teamwork of the Heads of Learning Resources under the Secondary Education Service. TITLE The program development to improve teamwork of the heads of learning resources under the secondary education service area office Mahasarakham. This research aimed to investigate the current condition, desirable condition and the needs and to develop the program that improves teamwork of the heads of learning resources under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Mahasarakham.
The data were analyzed by statistical analysis which provided information in the form of frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority need index. The overall result of the desirable condition regarding the teamwork under the heads of subject matter was at the highest level. After considering each aspect, the aspect with the highest average score was the aspect of goal setting.
By ranking the priority needs in descending order, the priority needs came to light, namely the creative communication and the good relationship with the external organization, the positive working environment, the cooperation and participation, the reliability, the establishment of duties and responsibility, the appropriate leadership and followership. and goal definition respectively. The outcome of the program development to improve teamwork among the heads of learning resources under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Mahasarakham involved five components, namely 1) the objectives of the program, 2) the principles of the program, 3) the structure and definition of the program, 4) program development processes that are divided into 5 processes: 4.1) the team goals, 4.2) the role of the leaders and followers, 4.3) the understanding and relationship in the team, 4.4) determining responsibility, and 4.5) building the strengths of the team, 5) the measurement and evaluation that through the program's suitability and capability assessment, assessed by the qualified professionals, revealed that the overall level of suitability and capability was at the highest level.
